auxiliary service control panel stopped working

the message is this the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows u are running , check your cmputer system information to see whether you need an x86 or x64 version of the program .
and it was working fine before , so would u please tell me what happend ? . thank u so much

The file is broken on your machine, or you have some anti-virus or other software that breaks it.

Uninstalling and reinstalling may help.
