Backup\Restore Procedure for SFFS settings and profiles

Postby Luc23 on Fri Mar 12, 2010 1:02 pm

I've spent quite a bit of time tweaking my profiles in SFFS exactly as I want them. I'm wondering if there is a procedure to restore SFFS back to the same state if something happens like corruption or failed hard drive.

I looked around in the Help and your website/forums and didn't immediately find anything, so I apologize in advance if I missed something.

And thanks again for making this great program!

Hello,

all the settings and profiles are stored in a single INI file. Its full path and filename is shown in the status bar on the Profile Overview, and you can also see it on the Program Settings dialog (F8). You can simply make copies of this file and replace it if you want to restore an older version.

I find it useful to save the databases & logs, so I backup the whole superflexible folder in program files.
