Can't connect to server with SSH/SFTP

Postby Drew on Wed May 14, 2014 1:56 pm

I am having trouble setting up an SSH/SFTP profile on a new install of Syncovery. My computer broke and I needed to re-install a fresh copy of Windows and re-install all of my software. The same connection I am trying to set up worked flawlessly for months before this. I installed Syncovery on 2 other machines and the connection works fine so I don't understand. FTP works as well, so I am not sure, but I think it might have something to do with the RSA fingerprint because it didn't come up and ask me to trust the fingerprint like it did on the other two machines. Is there a way, even through a fresh Windows install that the old key is saved somewhere and messing it up? Here are the error codes:

First error code:

After pressing OK, I get this:

Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Drew

These are timeout errors, i.e. there is absolutely no reply from the server. This is usually caused by a wrong IP address or port number. If the server address is not an IP address, it can be a DNS issue, so entering the actual IP address may help.

It can also be blocked by a FireWall, either software on the same machine or on a router.

It doesn't have anything to do with the fingerprints.
