Cannot start Background Scheduler

Postby rblumberg on Mon Dec 13, 2010 10:06 am

I've set up SFFS to keep two iTunes libraries in sync, both on external drives. When I click on the Scheduler tab, select "Background Scheduler" from the "Use" dropdown menu, and click "Start Scheduler", the message "Starting Background Scheduler" flashes, and then I get the message "Scheduler NOT running".

I'm running Snow Leopard on a 27" iMac.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks.

Can you check in Activity Monitor if a Brackground Scheduler process is already running? If so, please kill it. In addition, if you don't have the latest version 5.21c yet, please use Help->Check For Update to get it.
