Cleaner user interface / profile settings

I would like to see a cleaner user interface (profile settings) in version 5.
At the moment, there are lots of hidden features in the various tabs and behind buttons.
When creating a new profile or copying an existing one, I must be very careful to catch every setting that must be adapted.
Could this be an enhancement for version 5?

Not version 5, maybe 6 or 7 ... we just revamped the UI for version 4. I think the problem is not with the UI but with the simple fact that there are so many settings. I'm not taking any away whatever I do there will always be settings that you'll miss or not understand right away.

Hmm, I did not mean removing some of the settings - I am really happy with them.
I would just like to see them more "at one view", not hidden behind buttons, tabs and again buttons.
It's clear that not all settings can be shown at the first view, but maybe some of the buttons in the tabs can be removed (for example the button in files/removed files/move files to folder - it only shows 2 additional settings which could be moved from behind the button to the "removed files" panel).
