Database splitting failure

Postby antics on Wed Jan 06, 2010 10:42 am

Just upgraded to v4.85 and we're now getting this error on 2 of our profiles:

Short Results: ERROR: Database splitting failure - CP:CopMain2 - 0089FF2C

Any clues?

Love the product -- we've been using it for years...

Hello,
thanks for your question! There can be two possible causes.

1: the program may not have sufficient permissions to write the database into the database folder. Maybe you need to specify a different folder for the databases on the Program Settings dialog (F8). You will find the option on the Miscellaneous tab sheet.

2: the old database may have to be deleted so the program creates a new one. It will automatically do that when the profile is run the next time.

Cheers,
