Deleted Files

Postby molenick on Mon May 31, 2010 7:56 am

I am backing up my home folder to an external drive. I am using Smart Tracking and have designated my desktop for files and folders to be deleted. When ever some thing has been deleted I wind up with a folder on my desktop with nothing in it. The items have been apparently deleted, but the folder remains on my desktop. I thought I set my preferences so that I can review the items in the folder to be deleted. I am doing something wrong but cannot figure out what. Help please.
Thank you

Hello,

could you send a log file where this happened to support@superflexible.com? Then we can look into it. You will find the log folder by clicking on the Gear button in the symbol bar.

Hey, i have the same problem - is there a solution already?
I've activated smart tracking and when deleting one folder on one side, super flexible detects the files to be deleted but leaves an empty folder on the targeted side. What can I do?

I'll be sending the log file in a seperate message to support@superflexible.com.

Thanks!

Thanks, I've got the log file and will be looking into this issue within the next 1-2 weeks.
