disable temporary file for big transfers

I'm currently use superflexible 5.x and doing a FTPS to FTPS job but I'm running out of disk space when transferring large files (ie 80+ GB) I was wondering if there was a way to disable the temporary file for my job that require large transfers. An option for direct copy from source to target is something I looking for.
