You could try the three different FTP libraries 1,2,3 which you can choose on the FTP/Internet dialog.

I just now tried Library 1,2 and 3. Library 2 make it so i cannot connect at all. Library 3 connects fine, but it shows that nothing is to be done. I have checked my masks and filters and nothing is defined to be excluded.

Ideas?

Next you could try our new version 6 beta from http://www.superflexible.com/downloadmore.htm.

Again you need to try all three FTP libraries.

If problems remain, we need to look into it with Internet Protocol logs.

The logs can be turned on with the checkmark "Internet Protocol Logging" on the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Logs.

There will be several files whose names start with FTPLOG in the TEMP folder. You can get to the TEMP folder by entering %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer.

Create these logs with an FTP library that runs fairly well except for the upload.

If you could send those to info@superflexible.com as well as the normal log, I can find out why this happens. The logs should not contain any private information but please take a look (especially look for your password). If they are large, you may want to zip them.

Kind Regards,

I attempted to update to the newest 5 release, then attempted the different Library types. I have a question before upgrading to 6 beta, if I upgrade to 6 beta, when 6 comes out will I need to re install it completely or will I be able to do another upgrade to get out of beta?

I also attempted to enable the IP Logging, when I did so, it created a log file with the Super Flexible title within it, but wouldn't log anything to it otherwise.

Version 6 will just be another update, you can just install it over the previous versions and retain all settings.

If you look in the normal log file, the filenames of the FTP log files will be shown there. They may be in a different TEMP folder which may not be obvious.
