Errors / Access problems with File(s): PermissionDenied

Hi
I keep getting these access problems with files and an erro code attached, can some one please shed some lite on how i can rectify this issue.

I have attached a copy of the log file. and edited some areas for security reasons.

Errors / Access problems with 879 File(s): I have only shown some of the file but all have the same error below.

Hello,
this is a permissions problem on the SSH server. You need to fix it there. Make sure you have full access rights and are allowed to create, modify, rename and delete files.

Thank you for your help.

Upon further investigation, i am not sure how this has occurred but all the files that have access issues were date and time stamped by superflexible and yet i did have this option enabled.

Furthermore it does not show as an error in superflexible, until you view the logs, could this be some sort of bug.

Any advice would be appreciated.
