FAQ: The program has copied files to a different drive or network volume, but I don't see them.

CAUSE: The files were probably copied to a different destination folder than intended.

This can happen if the mounting point for the destination drive changes. For example, one day it could be /Volumes/iMac and another day it will be /Volumes/iMac-1 or similar.

To check the exact mounting points in Finder, you can use the Go To Folder command to navigate to /Volumes and see all the volumes.

Super Flexible File Synchronizer can automatically find the correct mounting point for you even if it changes. To achieve this, please type the following destination path (if your destination volume is named iMac):

iMac:/Folder
rather than
/Volumes/iMac/Folder
