Files not being found

Postby paulororke on Tue Jun 18, 2013 1:24 pm

Hi,

I looked through the forum but couldn't find a similar topic, my apologies if there is one and I missed it.

I hope this is just a simple configuration issue. I am using sfttp in SuperFlexible to move gzip files from a Linux box to my Win 8 storage. When I look in the target directory in a shell I see the files I want to move

but when I run my profile in SuperFlexible it shows nothing to be done.

The files are there but not seen by SuperFlexible. I don't believe it's a permissions issue as I'm using root/password in my SuperFlexible profile.

Any suggestions?

Left side: Ubuntu Linux with ssh
Right Side: SuperFlexible File Synchronizer 5.73 on Win 8 Enterprise x64

TIA Paul

What happens when you click Show: All in the top left corner of the Sync Preview?

Apparently the listing cannot be read. You can try turning "Recursive Listing" on or off. Also on the Internet dialog, try specifying an absolute path starting with a slash in the Folder edit field.

You can also try the latest version 6.32 of Syncovery. Finally, you can turn on Internet Protocol logging on the Program Settings dialog.

Thanks for the help.

When I tried again this morning it "saw" yesterday's files and moved them but not new files. The files are back ups generated on the source then moved to storage. Today SuperFlexible saw and moved yesterday's tarballs, today there are a new set that SuperFlexible doesn't see.

Could this have something to do with time stamps on the files?

The times on both machines are the same (NTP Set) - are there settings in SuperFlexible that might account for this? The source files were already 7 hours old but still not "seen".

thanks again.

I don't know. Maybe you have a timestamp filter in the profile? Other than that, please see my previous post.
