Generate Error Emails only if both runs fail

Postby asdinc on Wed Feb 15, 2012 9:44 am

Hi,

We are using SFFS to automate an offsite mirror over an VPN Tunnel. This tunnel experiences latency issues which causes SFFS to fail intermittently. To get around this we have set it up to automatically rerun the profile after waiting a few minutes. In almost all cases, the second run will complete successfully. However, we are still getting error emails and we were wondering if there was a way to specify that we only want an error email sent if "both" runs fail. Is this possible?

Thanks.

Yes, there is a checkmark called "No email if re-run is successful" on the Program Settings dialog. Did you try that?

Hi,

Thanks for pointing me to this. I have enabled it and assume it will work. However, if not, I'll be back.

Thanks again!
