Ignore temporary files

I'm using version 4.89 and looking for an option to ignore temporary files. Does an option like this exist?

Temporary files I'm looking to ignore are created by Microsoft Office once document if opened on our file server.

Any help would be appreciated.

The file masks to ignore should be entered on the Exclusion Masks field, for example:
~*;*.TMP;*.~*;*.LCK;*.$$$;*.incomplete;*.$sffspartial$;atmp????;$Recycle.bi*;*.$?$.*;*.$??$.*;*.bak

In version 5, there will be a global exclusion setting on the Program Settings dialog with predefined standard masks.
