Issue shutting down the computer

hi everybody, hope someone can help me.

i installed superflexible on about 20 machines and now some are having an issue with shutting down. if the user wants to shut down the system, nothing happens. first after several trys the system shuts down. is that a known issue and has anybody an idea?

systems are: dell latitude E4300 running WIN XP SP3, latest updates and superflexible 4.89

In some cases, it may be necessary to right-click the tray icon and choose "Quit Scheduler Process" before shutting down. It probably depends on the types of jobs that you have defined and if one is running at the time.
