In your log file, there is no conflict. The upload fails because you need to go to the tab sheet Safety->Unattended and make sure that the top four checkmarks are checked.

You cannot turn off unattended mode for real-time processing, but the program can show a prompt for conflicts even in unattended mode. To enable these prompts, please go to the Scheduler tab sheet and click on the Tools and Settings button and uncheck "Start Profiles In Parallel". This checkmark prevents the prompt.

Prompts will only be shown for conflicts where the same file has been modified by two different people. Other situations, such as missing checkmarks on the tab sheet Safety->Unattended, will not trigger any
prompts. To be notified about such conditions, you need to configure email notifications on the Program Settings dialog.
