Missing Character sets

Hi!

I need Windows 1251 character set!
Automatic detection Doesent work!
Pleas help!

I try to use Super Flexible File Synchronizer to backup documents from
FTP server to local disc.
I was able to choose right Character Set to use cyrillic encoding of files and folders names.
Now I am trying to use Syncovery with the same profile and can't choose right Character Set -
Syncovery has only 2 Character sets!

Windows ANSI may be it. It should actually be called "Windows default for non-Unicode programs".
