Naming error

Hi. My english is basic, i hope you can untestand.
In some cases a file as C:\1\2\3.txt is copied as K:\1\23.txt ; my situations is symple (local copy on USB HDD, exact mirror left-to-right), the problem can by resolved making a second synchronization, then the file in the destination is moved and renamed correctly as K:\1\2\3.txt.

Never heard of this problem, can you post log files and/or screenshots to show this?
