No (exclusive) Access to a webserver??

Postby pstigerid on Wed Dec 03, 2014 8:50 pm

Hello,

For some reason Syncovery tells me that it can't access files on a webserver (using sftp) exclusivly when it is trying to delete something. I already tried removing the "wait for file access" option (under Access&Retries --> Waiting and retrying). There is no one else that uses the webserver, and my other machine has no problems accessing and deleting files. Any idea what is going on? This has been going on for about 1.5 weeks...

Thanks

The word "exclusive" is in parentheses and not relevant in this case. To help, I need to see a complete log file. You can send it to support@syncovery.com.
