Onedrive for Business or Sharepoint backup slow

I'm using the latest version of Syncovery for Windows and Mac and on both platforms the backup to the "Onedrive for business" option gets really slow not really utilizing very much at all of my bandwidth. I do have many files and some large ones but I am nowhere close to using all of my space. Is anyone else seeing slow operation of backing up "Onedrive for business"?

I'm not sure what the difference is between "Onedrive for business" and "Sharepoint" - but is the "Sharepoint" option faster than the "Onedrive for business" option? I have not tried the "Sharepoint" option yet.
