Only sync file once?

Postby Drew on Sun Dec 29, 2013 8:27 pm

Is there anyway I can set up Syncovery to only sync a file one time? I am syncing from an SFTP server to a local directory automatically, but when I move that file it re-downloads it. I was thinking there was a way to automatically add it to the exclusions, but I can't find a way. If anyone has some advice, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Drew

Yes you can use the SmartTracking operating mode, which by default ignores deleted files.

In addition, you may want to use a date/time filter such as "File Age: less than X days" as an additional filter to avoid too many downloads in case something happens to the SmartTracking database.
