What does the message "Waiting For Log-On" in the Next Run column mean?
Also, could you publish all the code meaning shown in the Next Run column?

It means that you have chosen the profile to run when you log on to Windows. So it will run the next time you log on. There can also be "Waiting for Log-Off".

Other status text can be:

Waiting for Availability - means that the drives are not available (not connected)
Monitoring Folders - means real-time sync is active

Also, there are "Running (xxx)", and "xxx" could be PTA, PTA2, FILM, FILD, FILD2, FILD3, etc. Is there a plan to release the complete code & explanations? When there are other codes showing up which we have never seen before, this will help us not confused and don't need to post here, saving both of our time.

No, it is impossible to release these codes because there are thousands. In general, Running (xyz) means that the background job is taking longer than 1 minute for a particular step in the processing. If it doesn't recover from that quickly, you need to ask me what the code means. Otherwise you can ignore it.

I think there is a better solution. SFFS is not a free software, and I believe it has been extensively used in all sorts of production environment, which needs prompt help/instructions when needed. Confusing, posting, and waiting indefinitely is not the reason we buy this product. We need more thorough documents indeed.

Microsoft along with other firms can release their error codes in MSDN, which are no less than thousands. Why not SFFS?

These are not error codes, and we do not have a list. They are checkpoint names which are used in the program source code. 99% of these names are never seen by any user. Whenever you do see such a checkpoint name, I need to look it up in the program source code. The source code itself cannot be published.
