Check the safety settings

Postby alexia_net on Thu Mar 17, 2011 6:11 am

Hi. I am using the superflexible for synchronizing some files and for some jobs i have this warning: DELETIONS DISABLED. SEE THE SAFETY SETTINGS. I do not know whats to see there. I have deactivated them all and I still get this message. I have deleted the job, included the database and created it from scratch. The same thing. What could go wrong? The ENABLE SPECIAL SAFETY WARNINGS is not checked i the UNATTENDED MODE in SAFETY settings. Thank you.

Hello,

on the tab sheet Safety->Unattended Mode, you should make sure that the top four checkmarks are chosen and the last one is not selected.

Even if you specify 100% for deletions, the program won't delete all files from the destination side. There should be at least one file left.

Hi. Thank you for your response. This is exactly the way it is. The first 4 checked, the last one unchecked. So, whats the catch then? :D

Maybe you are trying to delete all files? It won't do that.

Otherwise, please send log file to support@superflexible.com

Hi. I have deleted the jobs and recreated again. It seems ok this time. Many thanks for your support.
