Folder Exclusion Mask

Postby xb2o on Mon Mar 14, 2011 1:30 pm

Hi, I try to use the Folder Exclusion Mask without success.
May be the problem is that the folder name includes spaces.
What would the trick to bypass this issue ?

Here is the Mask field I have used :
/Données utilisateurs Microsoft

SFS keeps scanning this folder and sub-folders unnecessary and it takes too long.

Thanks in advance for your help.

SFS for Mac 5.36 Build 194 on Mac OS 10.6.6 French

Hi,

I think you should leave the slash away, like this:

Données utilisateurs Microsoft

If problems remain, you can turn on "File List Building Details" on the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Logs, and send a log file to support@superflexible.com

Cheers,

Thanks to Tobias's help, the trick is to use the ? as a wildcard character for accented letters as they are not handled properly yet. It should be fixed soon.

So it worked using :
Donn?es utilisateurs Microsoft

Thanks.
