What does the code in the title mean?

It means that the job is busy. It might be performing some lengthy operation for which no detailed progress information is available. It might also be hanging.

Please make sure you have the latest version 5.40d. Stop the scheduler and run the job manually in the foreground so you can watch it and see what is taking so much time.
