Specifying authentication for UNC path

Postby Ivangelion on Thu May 05, 2011 4:58 am

Hello,

Is there a way to specify authentication (username and password) for the UNC paths?

I found that only to browse those sharing folders through Windows Explorer and specify authentication there, those paths can then be synced. However, since I do not want to save the authentication for those sharing folders in Windows Explorer, I am afraid that when the time goes by, this temporarily saved authentication will be invalid and SFFS cannot sync them again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can specify network credentials on the Job tab sheet by clicking on "Network Connections...".
