FTP Exception (5): ETGFTPError Error downloading from Google

Hi,

Everything was working fine until today I suddenly get the following errors ONLY when downloading from Google Docs (upload works fine);

FTP Exception (5): ETGFTPError Error downloading from Google @ 00DE0648
Exception "ERROR DOWNLOADING FROM GOOGLE" at 00DE0648.
Filename: GDOCS://Work In Progress/XXXXX/Project Samurai Master WorkPlan 2007.d20110402-u220638.xlsx
Checkpoints: SPCSX/DCopy05

Errors / Access problems with 1 File(s):

\Project Samurai Master WorkPlan 2007.xlsx (ERROR DOWNLOADING FROM GOOGLE at 00DE0648.CP: SPCSX/DCopy05)

Everything worked fine until today. No changes made to profile. Have recently upgraded to version 5.43.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

I'm receiving the same errors from Google today as well:

FTP Exception (5): ETGFTPError Error downloading from Google @ 00DE0648

When doing an attended sync, it fails after synchronization preview screen with above error as well as :

(ERROR DOWNLOADING FROM GOOGLE at 00DE0648.CP: SPCSX/DCopy05)
Last message: The window does not have scroll bars.

I am using Google Apps Premiere if that matters.

It works fine here, so it's not a general problem. I am waiting for some Internet Protocol log files from the first customer that had the problem now.

UPDATE:

This issue has been resolved automatically without any changes and Google Docs sync is now working again. Perhaps Google was to blame on this one?

Let me know if you need me to send over any logs.

Yes it's possible that it was an intermittent issue at Google. If it works now I don't need any logs. Thanks!

It's a Google problem. We can't do anything about it.
