How to stop "running as root"

Sorry newbie question, title says it all, I would like to make SFFS stop "running as root".

Please click on the Gears toolbar button on the Profile Overview. If you choose "Run as root" again in the menu and then reply No, it will disable the root mode.

...BTW this is a fantastic product; I am eager to test it with my ipad (through the IP address found in quick office).

BTW syncing with iPad works great, just need to "ignore time stamp"
