Specific files???

Postby montylee on Fri Feb 26, 2010 4:19 pm

I'm trying out Super Flexible File Synchronizer 4.89 to compare to another program I own. I'm using the wizard to set up a trial. On Step 2 "Choose Sync Direction and Subfolders) it says at the bottom "On this page, you can also select the subfolders and files." OK, I'm missing it. I'm in a folder called Excel which has several Excel files. I only want to sync 3-4 of these files on my laptop. I see no way to select specific files, either on this page or any subsequent pages.

So is there a way to select specific files to sync?

Thanks.

I'm sorry the file selection is currently not available. The help text is wrong. Thanks for catching that!

I will add this capability in the next version 5, which will be a free upgrade for all registered Macintosh customers.

Currently you can select / deselect files by using the Inclusion and Exclusion Masks. For example, you can type masks like this:

*.xls
Myfile.xls
A*.xls
