Registration Code doesn't work on Mac

Hi,
We currently order a Five-Pack Business License of the Combo edition (Mac & Win) & free updates for 2 years. We have received a Registration Code via email, but somehow the Registration Code doesn't work on Mac.

Please see below info for the Key Code and Registration Code.

KEYCODE(S): Registration Name: D....
Registration Code: X.....

Please help.

Mac codes start with the letter M. For some reason, you only received the Windows code. I will send the Mac code by email.
