Feature Request: CmdLine Enable/Disable

Postby Genocide on Wed Dec 07, 2011 5:48 pm

Hello,

I'd like to request the ability to enable and disable scheduled profiles from the command line.

Fo me, this would be usedful when an FTP server fails and a disaster recovery server replaces the primary server. I would let the monitoring software execute the command line to disable the primary profiles and enable the DR profiles.

Regards,

It is possible with the new beta version 6.

The command line is:

SuperFlexibleSynchronizer CHANGE "Profile Name" /Disabled=Yes
or
SuperFlexibleSynchronizer CHANGE "Profile Name" /Disabled=No

In fact, all profile parameters can be changed via command line. To see the syntax and parameter names, open a profile, go to the Information tab sheet and click on "Show Profile Details...". The info dialog will show the profile details in various forms. Scroll down to the end to see it as a command line.

You need at least build 60 of version 6, which makes sure that the scheduler is immediately notified of the change.
