Error: Volume Shadow Service API missing

i have a few user who get this error when trying to sync PST files when their outlook is running. (BTW, the OS is in french, if you need translation, let me know).

OS: Win7 SP1
SFFS version: 4.97, Build 340

extract from log:

This means that the program must be run "As Administrator". If you are using the scheduler, it must be installed as a service.

Alternatively, you can install the new English version 5 where Admin privileges are no longer needed to use the Volume Shadow service.
