Simultaneous File Age and Date Range Filters

I am pulling files from a remote FTP site over which I have no control - I need to be able to pull all future files added to the FTP site but ignore those already on there.

To achieve this I can set the File Dates Must Be Within filter (with Smart Tracking), but occasionally I get partial files if I start downloading a file that is still being uploaded to the FTP site.

So I would like to also set the File Age filter to only pull files that are over a certain age (eg 1 hour) to ensure that I only get files once they are fully uploaded to the remote site. But it seems that these 2 settings cannot be used together.

Am I missing something or is there another way to solve this issue.

I'm not aware of any solution right now but I will check if I can implement combining these options.

Ideally the software that creates the files on the FTP server should use a temporary filename while writing to the file and rename it when it's complete, so that you see only complete files. Temporary filenames can be filtered with a mask.

Unfortunately I don't have any control over the remote site so there's nothing I can do that side.
