running (fild4) ?

running (fild4) ?

i have a profile that keeps sticking with the status showing running(fild4). Cant find anythign that explains what this means. Any ideas? tx.

Hi,

FILD 4 means that it is trying to delete a file, or many files. For some reason that is taking a longer than expected. Are you using FTP or WebDAV or something like that? Some servers can take a long time until the confirm a deletion of a file.

If this message goes away after a while, you may not have to worry about it. However, you may want to stop the scheduler and run the job manually in attended mode so you can watch exactly what it does.

yes that makes sense, its trying to delete a bunch of large folders across the network. I will try attended as you suggest. tx.
