MAC OS Lion "Create Folder" option with wrong permissions

Postby withanid on Fri Apr 06, 2012 10:29 pm

MAC OS Lion installed from scratch (no upgrade from Leopard)
Super Flexible File Synchronizer 5.70 (downloaded and installed after fresh install of Lion)

For debugging purpose, my profile is very simple. Copy the content of a folder from my Documents to another folder in my Documents using the Folders option "On the Right Side, Create a New Folder Each Time".

When I run the profile in attended, unattended or background mode, the result is always the same; a folder named with the current date is created with the wrong permissions "d---------", which makes the files invisible. When changing the permission manually to "drwxr-xr-x", he files show up.

Can you please fix it?

Regards

Thanks for the report! It will be fixed in the next update.

In the meantime, you can remove this checkmark and instead type a destination path like this:

/Tests/Documents/$DATE

The variable $DATE will be replaced with the current date.
