Always ask for credentials

Postby Frederick on Thu Apr 26, 2012 3:53 pm

Hi everybody:

I'm trying SFFS for first time and I'm doing a Real Time Sync from my LAN to my outside hosting and it works perfectly. The problem is that I've to log in to my remote server to make the transfer and I can't leave the SFFS unattended. I entered my credentials on the JOB Tab (Run as User... and Network Connections) but doesn't work. Now i'm entering the credentials every 10 minutes. :?

Tell me how to configure it. RUSH please I'm in the middle of the process.

I think you need to install the scheduler as a service. See also the documentation on our new web site:

http://www.syncovery.com/documentation/faq/running-the-scheduler-as-a-service/

or on our old web site:

When the scheduler is installed as a service, it should no longer be necessary to specify a user account under "Run As User" in the profile. But the credentials under "Network Connections" are probably still needed.
