My license seems to have expired?

Postby rossmcm on Tue May 01, 2012 9:28 pm

I have been running the beta release of SFFS v6 Beta 77. A couple of days ago it stopped backing up, saying it had "insufficient license". The application still runs, but now the scheduler will not run. The beta version rejects my registration name and code.

What do I need to do? Revert to a stable release build? Install a fresh beta?

Thanks,
Ross

Theoretically it should work until July 1st but apparently there is a bug. I will look into it.

You can unlock it permanently by getting your new registration code from http://www.syncovery.com/upgrade/. The upgrader will determine if you are eligible for a free upgrade or not, depending on the original purchase date.

The new build 86 is now on our web site which fixes the expiry date. It works until July 1st. By then, you should obtain a new registration code. It will be free for licenses ordered since May 2010.
