Error copying ZIP package(s) to destination. Operation incom

Postby Steinbock on Tue May 08, 2012 10:57 pm

Using SFFS 5.71, Win 7 pro, DSL connection and Hamachi for VPN.
I keep receiving “Error copying ZIP package(s) to destination. Operation incomplete!”
Sometimes the error is supplemented by “ZIP Package transfer error: , code 101”, sometimes not…
Spent many hours looking into possible solution, cannot find one – any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The error details can be seen in the log file. You can also post one here or send it to support@superflexible.com.

That's not a complete log. I think this is just part of the email notification. However, we need to look at the log file.

You can get to the log folder by clicking on the Gears toolbar button and then choosing "Show Log Folder".

There you will find complete logs with more detailed error messages.

I think this means that the destination disk is full. In any case there were writing problems.

You may also want to consider installing the latest free update version 5.71. It can resume copying the zip files when you choose "Automatically resume" on the Files tab sheet. Then when you start the job again, it will continue the failed package transfer rather than starting over with all the zipping.
