SSH Server unknown

Postby johner99 on Thu Aug 16, 2012 12:56 pm

new user and trying out the demo. would like to purchase and keep using but having odd issue. profile basically monitors local folder and then does real time synch to SFTP site. runs great manually but always errors when put on automated scheduler...doesn't seem to make sense to me since configuration seems to work fine when ran manually. error as below....

Run Number 1 at 8/16/2012 12:20:21 PM:
Failed, try a manual run.
Attempt 2:
ERROR: SSH Server unknown - run manually to verify server

After running it manually, it will run by scheduler too.

that was my thought- if manual works then automated should be fine too.

actually here's more interesting news- the other side just said they didn't see any files on their end, even though the manual run showed progress % and saw a successful email notification when it completed

I'm having the other side check for the files again- I used WinSCP and was able to see the files I sent. Maybe he's not looking in the correct directory and that explains that issue. But still very odd how when i start the scheduler the profile then fails and can't contact the SFTP server even manually runs fine.

Helllo,

can you try restarting the scheduler (making sure the SyncoveryService processes are all stopped)?

Also can you send log files working versus not working to me, support@superflexible.com?

Concerning files on the server, that must be a problem on their end. Maybe they're not looking in the correct folder. But please send me the log that you interpreted as successful.
