Bandwidth throttling according to time of day

Postby Luc23 on Thu Mar 11, 2010 4:04 pm

Hi Tobias!

I'm trying to get my 1 way S3 sync (that runs every 5 minutes) to throttle the bandwidth according to time of day. For example, I don't care how much bandwidth it takes on the weekend or evening hours, but during business hours, I don't want it to use more than 2MB.
It appears the only way to do this is to create multiple profiles where each one will only run during a particular time period, is that correct? If so, any thoughts about expanding the bandwidth throttling options in a future release?

Thanks

Yes.

Possibly, since it is occasionally requested.
