Problem with reading LOG-file

A am the registered user of your program
and recently I migrate from superflexible to syncovery and have a problem
with automatically generated log-file
Please help me and correct the program, so the log-file is very important for me and I can’t read Russian characters in the file names and path
Can you add something like encoding choice for output log file in the UTF-8 or Windows1251 or anything else.

LOG File look like this:
Created folder: Y:\test\НА УДАЛЕНИЕ\10 дней от 2012-09-17\NLE_NEWS
Created folder: Y:\test\НА УДАЛЕНИЕ\10 дней от 2012-09-17\NLE_NEWS\ГОТОВЫЕ МАТЕРИАЛЫ
Created folder: Y:\test\НА УДАЛЕНИЕ\10 дней от 2012-09-17\NLE_NEWS\ГОТОВЫЕ МАТЕРИАЛЫ\БЗ

... and believe me - this is not Russian or something readable...
