S3 bandwidth throttling

Hello! To start, thanks for making a great product!

I was wondering of you could let me know exactly what options I have for bandwidth throttling directly in SFFS when syncing to and from S3 buckets. I see the option under Advanced Settings- Files- More- Obey Speed Limit. Is that the only throttling that is native to the app itself?

I am looking for a good way to sync a fairly large amount of data relatively slowly from S3 to my server. I want to minimize bandwidth costs so throttling is essential.

Yes, the Speed Limit is the option to use. It is in Megabytes per second, so you can specify fractional values like 0.5 (MB/sec).
