SSH KEY MISMATCH

Postby netjumper on Sat Nov 10, 2012 3:23 am

Hello,

I am trying to sync between two machines running mac os x mountain lions via SFTP on the local network.

Syncovery doesn't recognize the right SSH public key fingerprint of each machine and doesn't grant access to remote path responding "BAD USER OR PASSWORD".

This is happened recently and in the past months it used to work between the same machines.

Could you please help me.

Thank you.

PS: I do not have this issue while trying to connect with other SFTP clients which recognize the correct SSH public key fingerprint.

If the public key is not known, you need to run the job manually and confirm it.

But an issue such as "Bad user or password" is something entirely different.

Please send complete log files to support@syncovery.com.

I run the job in attended mode but the fingerprint to confirm is not correct. I do not understand how to enter the fingerprint manually for confirmation.
