Restore from "older" folder

Postby frank93 on Wed Nov 21, 2012 1:26 pm

I want to restore stuff from an "older" folder (that has been deleted in the original, and thus in the exact mirror backup as well), created by the versioning feature.

No matter if I choose the $1$- or the timestamp-renaming, those files (or rather the complete "# older" directory) will not be shown/offered when I use the restore wizard. What's the correct way to do that?

Older versions of files that still exist should be available by right-clicking on the file in the Sync Preview. There should be a list of alternate versions on the right-hand side.

Files that have been deleted are probably only available with a manualy restore using Windows Explorer. Or by moving and renaming them on the backup side before starting the restore.

Thank you. I'll play around with those features/options a bit more then, until i "get them". :)
