HowTo: Clean up storage

Hi all,
anyone knows how to clean up the destination (backup storage)?
This software just sends and sends and sends (same file over and over...). Just an example*
How would I clean up that mess?

P.S. The actual file is 4.5 GB, so the compressed size is OK. ONCE.

You are using Synthetic Backup which sends the modified blocks every time, so many older versions must be preserved. Some older versions which are no longer needed are cleaned up automatically.

To avoid this, uncheck Synthetic Backup unter Versioning->Synthetic Backup.

I wish that was true! Original file size 4.07 GB (4'372'055'040 bytes).UNZIPPED! Size on server: 7.70 GB (8'270'461'453 bytes) ZIPPED!
The file has not changed in the past weeks, it's just touched each day (opened by Outlook)

maybe you can send a screenshot of all these backup files that shows their complete names and file sizes, and also send all log files from that profile which you still have to support@syncovery.com.
