Disable retry

Postby Cold-1 on Sun Jan 27, 2013 2:43 pm

Hi,

I have setup a synchronisation job that simply copies one folder from a defective hard drive to a network share. The job is started manually. But since the drive is defective, some files cannot be read and trigger a retry. How do I disable this? Because now I have to click the message boxes away all the time.
Or is the solution to schedule the job? This would be annoying, since the job is more a general job and for that not ment to be scheduled.

Regards

Hello,

you can probably just run the job in Unattended Mode by right-clicking it.

You can also try removing any checkmarks in the profile under Access & Retries -> Waiting and Retrying.

Ok,
running in unattended Mode does the trick. Disabling all the checkboxes does not, though.

Tnx
