Notify email settings error

Dear SuperFlexible support team,
When we config the Email settings from Notify option, the below error appear when click on "Send Test Email" or "Send Now":

Syncovery 6.32a
ERROR Socket Error # 10014
Buffer fault.


So how can we fix this problem?

Frankly, I don't know. It happens only on very old Windows versions (especially Server 2003) and I do not know when or why. It doesn't happen on our own Server 2003 test machine.
