Renamed folder structure reverting

We're using SFFS v5.30rc5 and having an issue with renaming folder structures. Our profile is set to back up from left (server) to right (backup drive) using the exact mirror mode (unattended). However, one of our users renamed and moved several folders and when she came in the next day, the folder structure had reverted to its' original state. The SFFS log shows numerous errors (error 3:The system cannot find the path specified.) specifying these exact folders and files in the folders. It's almost as if the folder structure was correct when the backup started, but had changed sometime before it finished. Any ideas?

An exact mirror only affects the destination and not the source. However, I do recommend upgrading at least to the last version 5 which is 5.73.
