If you want to export the profile to an ini file and email it to me using the email button in the bottum corner I will be happy to take a look at it. Please remove any username password information that might be sensitive. There are a couple of options you might have on that could cause this.

Yes exactly! When making an additional copy of files which are already encoded with timestamps, these checkboxes are necesary.
