Subfolders not being restored

I tried backing my Eudora Folder, compressed, encrypted. Unfortunately restoring doesn't bring back anything that was in a folder. (Eudora also won't recognize the Eudora Settings file after it's restored, though it's the right size which indicates the resource fork is being saved). Any thoughts? I'm going from Snow Leopard onto a CentOS Linux server via SFTP.

Hello,
if you have been using the Restore Wizard, please choose "Save Settings As A Profile" in the last step. Then you have a separate profile for the restoring and you can edit it and fine-tune any settings. For example, you can change the subfolder selection to "All".
